Who you are buying from

This site is operated by JOARR HOT FOOD EMPORIUM LIMITED (company number 10283868), registered at 139 Bispham Road, Southport, PR9 7BL, trading as Jo Kelly's. References to “we” and “us” mean that company.

Age-restricted products — 18+

We sell alcohol, tobacco, vaping products and other age-restricted goods. It is a criminal offence to buy or attempt to buy these on behalf of someone under 18.

• You must be 18 or over to order age-restricted items.
• You must complete age verification before an order containing age-restricted items can be placed.
• We operate Challenge 25. Our rider will ask for photo ID on delivery if the person receiving the order appears under 25.
• Acceptable ID: a valid passport, UK photocard driving licence, or PASS-accredited proof-of-age card.
• If ID is not produced, appears altered, or shows the recipient is under 18, the rider will refuse the handover. The order is cancelled and refunded in full.
• We will not leave age-restricted items unattended, with a neighbour, or with anyone who appears intoxicated.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order by email. We may decline an order — for example if we cannot verify age, an item is unavailable, or the delivery address falls outside our area.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout by card through Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. If a price is listed in error we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel.

Delivery

We deliver within our Southport service area. Estimated times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by weather, traffic and demand. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive an order containing age-restricted items.

Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
